Refund Policy for Donations

If you wish to request a refund for your donation to EM EMDAAD TRUST, please follow these guidelines:

Your refund request must be made in writing or via email to SM EMDAAD TRUST.

The request must reach us within 15 (fifteen) days from the donation date. This includes:

• Online donations made electronically or through other means.
• Handing over a cheque/demand draft to SM EMDAAD TRUST or its authorized representative.
• Dispatching the cheque/demand draft to SM EMDAAD TRUST through other means.

Upon receiving a valid refund request, we process refunds within 5-7 working days and credit the refunded amount to your bank account.
